going to rent a place in geylang and actually let my younger brother start a jamming studio business there. not sure whether it will earn money or not. at  the same time also calculating the cost of jamming in my own studio and the cost of jamming in other studio can be cut. cuz renting a place by hourly basis cost like 16 dollars per hour. but having my own jamming studio is more personalised and having more own space. definitely finding a place is not as easy.

geylang is one of the place i've shortlisted. and of course chinatown as well. reason for having it in geylang, because it's still as busy when it's at night and of course the rental there is much cheaper than other places. of course the place i'm going to rent is not going to be near the red light district. it's like 4 streets away from the red light district. which is considerably far if you gonna walk. at least going to take you ten minutes.

food and everything is available. now costing and everything is much more of an important issue to us now.....

headache ah .... well i guess as far as music is concerned. i'm going to go all out. but definitely going thru my brains first. don't wanna fight a losing battle ....

time flies.... september is coming soon. hmmm will come back on only 7th september. going to get busy with the jamming studio thing again. wish me luck. looking forward for a better day !!

it's 10am in the morning in amsterdam right now. thinking of home. having the luxury of travelling and staying in 5 stars hotel around the world is getting very sick in me. other than the money, i think nothing can drive me in working on this job actually. haha be it money driven or calculative. it's consider good job and good pay and the benefit of working for a premium airline in the world. of course i have to shoulder the financial responsibility of my family as my father move into semi retire age of 50 coming in 22th sept. ya .. my dad had lived half a century. and he has achieved what he wanted. 2 lovely sons, a good wife, a flat and a car.

as for me, i really regretted not taking part in project superstar. well i should say it's my luck. when i decided that i want to take part in the competition, the application is already closed. at first having worry too much that my bond with my current company would actually be the hindrance to the competition. but look at kelly poon, she's 4 months younger than me in the company. she's also my friend's batch girl.she has a contract with the company and she should be having a big headache now if she wins the competition. but i don't think that she will be able to win the competition. well i can't say that i'm sure. but looking at the situation that project superstar competition on channel U. it's entertainment. it's showbiz. sympathetic points actually stands a higher chance in succeeding in the industry.

they just have to put the blind star in the lime light and sell a few albums to actually earn big money for the first 3 albums and then shelve them on the display showcase. but for kelly, i speculated that she will not be as famous during the first 3 albums. maybe after the first 3 albums, she would then outshine the blind star. well i can't say i have alot of experience in showbiz. but at least i have a few years experience in the industry, plus my way of thoughts. that's what i feel that the movement and future of the channel U superstars would be.

sitting in front of my laptop now in amsterdam. i'm thinking why should i continue to be flying when it's not what i want in life. but then again to answer to this question of gamble that i should consider my family to what i want in life. now my family is leading not bad a life and i gave my younger brother the hope of being a musician. studying music. i must plan and consider alot of things that i want to do to what i can do. well haha it sounds a little confusing.

of course singing in my new band is my hope to my ambitions and dreams. and i took part in the be a star competition organised by partyworld karaoke and genting holdings pte ltd. yes... the highlands holiday resort. if i wanna get famous i don't wanna just stay in singapore only, like singapore idol sylvester and taufik. i wanna move into hongkong, taiwan and asia market. looking at sly. he's only confine to singapore market. but how long can he survive on that ? and i want to bring my younger brother out to be one of asia's best and famous good looking guitarist.

i dare to dream. and i'm going to work hard on this dream. since young i've already start dreaming of making music my life. i shall continue working on it throughout my life. making music and singing ! i shall succeed ! at least i know i've tried and have no regrets !

woah finallly finished fixing my laptop .... yesterday on the 23rd of aug i recieved a msn msg from my friend on my list. and guess what. it's a spyware spam. i can even get to control my task manager. was damn pissed with the stupid ware. my friend called to apologise but seriously i don't think it's her fault. nobody wants it to happen.

if you guys happen to get any url to download or run a file named : 42356.exe or something like this, don't run and download it. k it will mass send your msn list to those who are online to actually execute and send the viral on. in order to work safely on my laptop i decided to format my laptop after several attempts failing to rescue my dear laptop.

only managed to sleep at 6 am this morning .... now it's like 6pm already and i'm getting to work soon. going to amsterdam today. it had been a year since i last got to amsterdam. hope to breathe more of the air. maybe got ppl can go sight seeing with me ?

woah my trip to genting wasn't that bad after all. but the wait for the bus in Johor was the only killer. i waited 1 and a half hour for the bus to actually arrive and pick us up. waiting can really kill me ....

finally this stupid bus had came. we only stopped at 1 point which is i don't know where as well. but definitely had some snacks and drinks to comfort my big appetite for food. i'm still a growing baby. haha

oh my ! reached genting highlands already. air is cool. no haze. not that packed yet. cause it's a saturday only. first day of malaysia school holiday

but not so on the sunday. it's also the 15th day of the lunar seven month ghost festival. was pretty worried about if our bus that brought us up will meet into any accidents or not. anyway i didn't sleep much throughout the 4.5 hours ride up to genting. spent 2 hours watching infernal affairs part 2 and part 3. it's like shiok !! really like that movie. i have not watch it at all. i'm not really a movie person. but this infernal affairs is a great effort from the chinese movie industry. really very well written script and fabulous way of shooting with it's story line.

went bowling with my dad in genting first world hotel complex. was quite fun. though my average is not as good as last time but still manage a 130 average in 3 games. but my leg and hand muscles were so sore !! u know it's like so long never exercise. don't just see bowling as a no sweat game. if you're bowling for serious, it's some good exercise !

It's like 12.30 noon now and i just woke up. arghhh the sun so bright !! went out with my friend for coffee at coffee club orchard. that cafe that has a big SINGAPORE Flag outside, just right beside california fitness. Class place. but the fan there is just irritating for me as my hair keeps flying all over the place. damn it.

was like watching a good show of WWE when i went catch up with my friends for a drink in CLUB MOMO in Central Mall. it's ladies night. and for the first time i found out that club MOMO actually has FREE ENTRY FOR AIR CREW everyday other than public holiday eve and DARN ! i paid twice for the entrance !! argghhh ... wasted like 36 dollars liao.

Was dancing on the dance floor when sudddenly i saw cat fight on the podium of the dance floor. it's like i saw a girl in white top (W) pushing and hitting another girl with red top (R) off the stage.

WOAH ! extremely exciting !! i was like YOOHOOO !

to say i feel like the R girl has no fault at all. she had been dancing on the dance floor for like quite sometime already. suddenly this W went up to dance and her right fist went over to HIT her face and then push her off the stage. never thought that people could do such things. SO CHILDISH ! if i were R, i will just call the security and get them to GET the W out of that place and SUE her. definitely can be charged her for assault lor. imagine you are pushed by someone off from a 1 metre podium and kenna Hit by her FIST. Though they might have just body rubs for having not enough dance space. BUT definitely i feel it's totally crude and rude of W to go push someone down and hit her just like this.

Sorry to say or pinpoint at anyone. Nevertheless i'm not anyone to judge or teach W or R what to do. but i guess one should never try to hit someone with her fist and push anyone just like that. .... if that was me, definitely that's not my way of handling.

Had changed my font size of my blog section. is it better ? do tell me if it's better to read. was looking at nokia website for new phones and planning to buy. because my phone is like going to spoil liaoz !! any sponsors ? quite a lot of new phones coming out in the 4th quarter of 2005 from nokia and the designs are really nice. was looking thru them and i find the best for me is THIS

nice right ? ok shall consider and see how much would it cost. if buying it next year would be a better price. think i shall try and wait for the price to drop for a while first. but abit hard to resist !

just came back from manchester. was positioning back to singapore on that flight .... was pretty tiring though. can feel it physically ... touched down in manchester on the 14th morning but went back the next morning. anyway i got home in the morning at around 8am. and when i was about to sleep, i got my eyes infected ... kinda allergy to dust or don't know what stuffs. my right eye sore !! damn bad when i woke up. i was thinking like F**k ... last time i was back in sin i was sick... and just recovered and now my eyes sore ! it seems like i'm never well .... sighzz .... so sad .. anyway had seen doctor in the noon already.  he said no foreign body inside my eyes. and i had asthma and eczema before. .. so it's usual if it just struck me like that. after applying some eye drops it's much better already ... 

woah today's jamming was great ... after the first hour of jamming we sat down to talk for a while about the weakness of the band ... in fact after the talk the whole band suddenly became very tight during the jamming of the songs. feeling was just fabulous !! was aimming to perform or have our gig in the jrock festival next year. or end of the year if there's any... if not i'll just look for a place and have one gig by the end of this year. compiling 1 or 2 original composition and some jrock songs with chinese hits. but was thinking how many people will turn out for that gig .... if got 100 i'll be very happy already ... well ... for the time being i'll just continue to work hard for my vocals to improve as much as possible and hope that it will be better than my standard when i was singing at pub part time last time, before oct or by end of september.

had been recovering from my cold for the last few days. getting better and better ... actually was almost 80% recovered when i was backed from delhi. i touched down from delhi in the morning into singapore and was on heavy medication for the past few days. heavy dosage of panadols like 10 panadols a day together with the soluable eno-kind of vitamin C tablets orange mixture kind of sparkling water. i recovered 80% in 24 hours. that day when i was backed from delhi, i brought my family out for dinner. not a fabulous meal. but definitely spending nice time together ....

forced my mum to actually played arcade driving games. she always thought driving was easy. this time round after the games she's completely losing her directions. haha

some great moments torturing my mum in a way. and finally she was better after being "not so good" in the past few months. she had finally realised that she went abit "off" the last few months even when we were out with her in Hong Kong. she had spent don't know how many thousands in Lottery and 4D. Reason behind, i guess she just went bersek for a moment. after she realised her mistake that day when she confided in me. i was like OH FINALLY. well a few thousands dollars in exchange for a mum back to her original shape. it's still worth it. now she's a happier person. but i don't know how long would it last.... i mean as in her being a good girl ... well we just have to monitor .... just hope that things don't turn out too bad ...  after all it might be just her pre menopause ... so it's just part and parcel of life... a hefty sum for a lesson. but definitely better than any other things that could have been worse. ok enough of all these ....

was actually jamming yesterday. scheduled came back again to the packed and tight timing i have when i was in singapore. had my usual jamming at boon's studio in potong pasir area. the session was good. band is improving and the tightness is coming up. though not as tight as professional band. but it's only the 3rd month and things are improving ... on schedule or kind of ahead of schedule. i was trying to hit the notes that i usually had difficulties. surprisingly most of them i managed to get them just right even though i recovered from my cold. remarkable credits to myself. shall work even harder this time on practicing ... it's well paid off

it's NATIONAL DAY !! HURRAY !! I'm in new delhi right now ... i believe alot of people had been wondering where had i gone. guess this is the best time for me to take a rest. as my body immune system gave way to cold. having such a bad headache and high fever before my flight to delhi. stayed in the room for more than 15 hours sleeping and charging up what i had lost during the last few days.

visited sydney bringing stuffs over for my friend in sydney. he's johnny !! one of my drinking kakis in singapore. had left for sydney to further his studies right after his army .... you know for studies, you have to literally bring all your stuffs that you need at one go from one country to another. and bearing in mind that you have your weight limit that is going to prevent you from doing so ! exactly he left behind a pair of speakers, 2 shoes and a couple of books in singapore that he didn't managed to bring it over. count him lucky that i have a flight to sydney. i met up with his elder brother and his father to get his stuffs that he need and bring it over to sydney for him.... after his studies he's going to owe me a big one. well... to me i feel you helping people is always the happiest thing that i can do in life ....

after back from sydney i went back home rested for an hour before i proceed to bbq with my another few brothers, mike, michael and their girlfriends. spent a good 5 hours with them bbqing and drinking. quite a good time. after that i went home early at around 1pm and head to bed at around 3 am. was really damn tired. imagine i actually waked up at 3 am on the same day to do the flight back from sydney to singapore. so it;s like within that 24 hour slot i only napped for 1 hour !! or even lesser i guess....

back from flight on the 2nd of aug yesterday noon at around 2pm i reached home. had went for chicken rice just before getting home. though the chicken taste like eekk ... but i just miss the chilli .... the place is jurong east central the coffee shop along with the cpf buidling that side. yucky ... haha but the home made barley taste shiok !!

i was in total shock when i woke up from bed and seeing the clock on the wall of my room. it's like shit !! what time now ? 11pm ?!?!!  fell asleep at 3pm and woke up at 11pm .... just finished unpacking my stuffs and replenishing my toiletries bag. went for one of my fav makan joint in boon lay hawker centre. my nasi lemak. it's like yummy !! reaching home real tired !! think it's time i should just sleep..... going to run my errands later in the noon. was pretty fun ... spent lots money on shopping ... bought 160 dollars of espirit items including 2 jackets, 2 t-shirts and bermudas. seldom being able to find berms of the right length... but definitely this time in espirit i grabbed the one i could find !! it's sale in espirit and i borrowed my friend's espirit card which can give an additional 10% discount on top of the price we're paying ! idling in espirit changing room... waiting for the sales person to get the right size of clothes for me ...

also spent like 6 hours in mongkok shopping district. though it's a monday. but the place is completely jam packed !! it's double the amount of people in orchard road on sunday ! it's summer break for the hongkies ... most of the children and students having their summer holiday right now... but look at the picture below and you should know how much people is it on the streets...

scary isn't it ?! total chaos if anything happens... touchwood* happily shopping like nobody's business... i bought 2 pairs of shoes ... each at only 68 dollars ... it's roughly there after doing the currency conversion. it's still cheap !! first pair of NIKE Sneakers !!

alrite... had decided to stop here... but i can't stop myself from avoiding the 4 letters ... SALE !! here again i got my second pair ... track shoes ... ADIDAS ... because my old pair of track shoes and worn out. so i bought another pair to replace them. cause the old shoe soles couldn't be mend ! ok just EXCUSES*...

spent like 350 SG dollars on shopping this trip... it's the shopping festival now in hongkong ... until 31 AUG. so better shop first before i regret no getting the cheap stuffs that i need. better than the others of my female colleague who bought those "not very useful" stuffs. at least i made my dollars and cents worthwhile ... :P
